Receiving a copy of ID through fax is usually not a good idea. It almost never comes through with enough quality. Yes, you can send us a fax, but you need it to be sent using high resolution or the “Photo” setting. Our fax number is (516) 345-4249. Please make sure you include your name or email in the fax so we know who it is from, in case we are unable to see who it’s from by looking at the photo.

There is no guarantee that it will be acceptable. If the quality is not good enough, then you will need to scan it and email it or else take a picture with your phone and text it to us.
