This is the verification company. Unfortunately, the copy of your ID that you sent us is not of good quality. It must be readable and not blurry. We highly recommend that you take multiple photos with your phone and choose one of good quality and then re-send it to us. Sometimes taking several photos very quickly, one after the other, will allow the auto focus to kick in and you’ll end up with a good one.
